JEAN HOEFLIGER
Never one to turn down a challenge, Jean is already making an impact on Texas wine. With a growing list of winery clients, Jean is starting to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the Texas wine industry. As a firm believer that world class wine can (and will) be made from Texas fruit, he is putting his time and effort behind this burgeoning wine region.
Jean's resume includes wineries located around the world and he is applying that vast experience to push Texas wine quality forward, fast.
DAVE BRYANT
After spending more than a decade leading luxury wineries in the Napa Valley, Dave and his family relocated to the Texas Hill Country in 2019. With the goal of positively impacting the Texas wine industry, Dave has teamed with Jean Hoefliger to offer consulting services to select clients in Texas.
Dave will use his experience growing brands in the Napa Valley to advise, plan, implement, and improve clients operations. He will set big goals for these wineries and help them on the path to exceeding them.
